Who We Are
Shaked Acquisitions is a privately held real estate investment company that acquires and operates multi-tenant retail and commercial property. We invest principal capital, which lets us move quickly and hold for the long term.
Decisions are made directly by the principals. There is no investment committee to convince and no layers to work through — brokers and sellers deal with the decision-makers from first call to close.
We are long-term owner-operators. Once we acquire an asset, we manage and hold it, focused on the durability of the real estate and its tenancy rather than a short-term trade.

Multi-tenant retail, office, and medical office.
The Southeast and select East Coast markets — currently FL, GA, NC, and NJ.
Long-term owner-operator. We acquire to own and manage, not to trade.
