Who We Are
Shaked Acquisitions is a privately owned real estate investment company that acquires and operates predominantly multi-tenant retail shopping centers, with limited office and medical using our private funds. We do not syndicate and we do not seek outside investors.
Because the capital is ours, decisions are made directly by the principals. There is no investment committee to convince and no layers to work through, brokers and sellers deal with the decision-makers from first call to close, and underwriting happens in-house rather than with the help of a third party.
We are long-term owner-operators. Once we acquire an asset we manage and hold it. We focus on the durability of the real estate and its tenancy, rather than the exit.
Asset management, CAM administration, and lease negotiation are handled in-house through Empire Commercial Management, our management arm. We engage local property managers such as JLL and often hire outside leasing brokers.
